Just when you thought you were getting the hang of this…

Your newborn starts becoming a completely different baby. Maybe you're wondering: Why did naps suddenly become 30 minutes? Is this the 4-month sleep regression? When should I drop the swaddle? How long should my baby actually be awake? Why does breastfeeding suddenly feel different? Should we move baby to the nursery? Is it too early to work on independent sleep? How do I pump enough when I go back to work? How do I choose childcare—and actually leave my baby? What skills should my baby be working on now? And meanwhile, you're still figuring out motherhood yourself. You don't need 47 open tabs and conflicting advice. You need to know what matters right now—and what to do next.

The reason you're overwhelmed isn't because you're failing.  And it's not because you're not cut out for this.  Or because you're not a good mom.  You are.  You're overwhelmed because no one has organized the  information you need to succeed and given it to you.  Until now.

Most moms are trying to learn and understand: sleep, feeding, development, and baby care all at the same time while also navigating their own postpartum recovery. And the hardest part? The “right” answer changes constantly as your baby grows. So instead of feeling confident, you end up second guessing yourself, obsessing over schedules, wondering if your baby’s behavior is normal, and spending late nights researching instead of resting. I know this because even with a medical background, I felt it too. That’s why I created the system I wish I had as a new mom: one trusted place where you can go to understand exactly what matters in each stage—and what to do next.

Meet the 3–4 Month Playbook

We'll also talk about you—returning to work, leaving baby, getting out of the house, and continuing to navigate your own postpartum journey. Meet Your Instructor:  Rebekah Blankenship, MMSc,  PA-C, CAQ- Pediatrics

I'm a pediatric physician assistant, infant sleep coach, and mom—and the founder of Nurtured Nest. Through my clinical experience in pediatrics and pediatric surgery, I've seen firsthand how important it is for parents to have reliable, practical information about their baby's health, safety, and development. And through motherhood, I've learned that even with a medical background, parenting comes with plenty of questions! I created Nurtured Nest to bridge the gap between medical expertise and real-life motherhood. My goal isn't to tell you there's only one right way to parent. It's to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make decisions that are right for your baby and your family.

But what if...?

“I don’t have time for a course.” The lessons are intentionally short, practical, and easy to revisit when you need them. You don’t need to binge hours of content—you can go directly to your baby’s stage or current challenge. “My baby doesn’t follow schedules.” That’s okay. This course teaches flexibility and understanding—not rigid routines or unrealistic expectations. “I’m already in the middle of a stage.” Perfect. Just jump to where you are right now and start there. “There’s so much free information online.” There is—but most moms are overwhelmed because they’re trying to piece everything together themselves. This course organizes and simplifies it for you. "But what if I already feel behind?" You're not. Maybe your baby is already four months old. Maybe you've been surviving the cat-nap stage for weeks. Maybe you're going back to work tomorrow. Maybe you haven't thought about a schedule at all. Start exactly where you are. This isn't a rigid program you have to complete on a certain timeline. It's a resource you can come back to whenever you need it.

Imagine Entering the Next Stage Already Knowing What's Coming.

Instead of wondering why your baby's sleep suddenly changed… You know. Instead of panicking when naps become 30 minutes…You understand what's happening. Instead of wondering whether your baby's feeding, schedule or development is “normal”…You know what to look for. And instead of constantly searching for the next answer…you already have a trusted resource waiting for you. That's what the Playbook is designed to give you. Confident parenting.

”
“Rebekah at Nurtured Nest has been the best and one of my most trusted resources about sleep and development. As a new mother of two under two, I have been overwhelmed by all the information on how to handle baby sleep and development. It has been challenging to get the practical advice I need, but Rebekah has been more than an advisor! She’s detailed, has multiple approaches to different issues and is highly educated. You can tell she not only enjoys researching and learning, but cares about the family. Rebekah has helped me let go of my anxieties, get out of the nap trap cycle, along with my husband and into a consistent sleep routine with my second baby. I can’t recommend her enough.”
